  1. Mailboxes that are not swing-away type and/or installed incorrectly can be damaged and is the responsibility of the homeowner to repair or replace them.
  2. Cokato Township Ordinance 2024-2 addresses Right of Way Obstructions.
  3. Mailboxes that are non-compliant can cause injury to others and should be adjusted or replaced.
